Hi there, I posted some tyres I sold on ebay 12 days ago, 2nd class. The buyer has just came back to me saying he has not recieved them.

Looks like there gone for good. What is your experiences with the royal mail lost post claim?

How quick is it resolved. Also for a used item, what did you out the value at? (value i sold at + postage??)

They have a special thing for ebay transactions.

You’ll need proof of postage and proof of the value of the item you sent (probably ebay printout?). Max payout is £40 unless you took out optional insurance.

They weren’t that quick, took about a month.

Wonder if the pikey has built his bike yet. Got my chain and casette in one order now my innertubes in the last one.
