Why is there always a friendly cheery chap HAPPY to sell STUFF from the workshop at WORKKSHOP prices (eg normal 99p gear cables rather than £5 super dooper PTFE coated stainless ones) and as for PhONEING arround to see if anyones out rIDING tonight for me to tag allong with, it’s just not on!

I demand some card fraud, postage charges, lying from cusomer services, my query to be passed ontot he warrenty department, bearings to fail and gratuitous octoporn stuff not in stock and I want it delivered in 4 days when the good weathers finished and I can no longer be asred to go ride.

They’ve even got the cheek not to give me haribo thus ensuring I stay thin.

my lbs is amazing! new brakes arrived yesterday morning circa 11am, took into shop to be fitted told probably done tuesday afternoon, and on the off chance if they are done earlier if i can give them a buzz to check, rang up 5.30 pm and all sat and done awaiting collection! same day turnaround and friendly cheap, and enthusiastic and always a pleasure to go into! i love it! now these chaps are proper cyclisting like you or i, not some general everyday mundane job in factory warehouse picking goods you have no interest in ala crc, wiggle* etc (*duly noted some will be keen cyclists)…
