Looking for a couple of routes from Hawkshead or Coniston

XC ish sort of route, not mega technical, could do with a 15 and a 40 mile, or thereabouts

walna route may be "short" but is quite long time wise. Not all that techy but a Lakes "classic" and a shame not to do it if you are that close. Unless you are ubber fit there is a fair bit of hiking on both sides
The DH on either side makes up for that.
the down on the Seathwaite side
The singletrack bit from Natty Bridge
The down into Seathwaite from the Broughton Wood end
The down on the Conniston side
The down back into Torver
