I stayed in a tent in the lakes last weekend for the planet fear epic. the tent got flattened by wind along with about 10 others in the field.

Grizedale camp site looked quite nice when I walked past a couple of weeks ago. Next to a river and five minutes from the visitor centre for biking and go ape etc, or just a very nice walk!
