When she’s not doing silly things rolling kayaks, she can be found completing the real longest solo kayak trip by a women (around Australia) – shortly to set out on a trip around South America, which I think will be the longest kayak trip by anybody.

Freya Hoffmeister, she runs a very nice cafe as well (according to OP magazine).

As a result of National Women’s Day I’ve just spent an hour of yoga finding out which poses are good for my menstrual cycle and which poses I should be doing to counteract the impact of the menopause on my thyroid glan.
