I’ve just bought a new bike which has a 1.5″ headtube, with an integrated headset and forks with a 1.5″ steerer.

I want to swap the forks for a different set, which have a 1.125″ steerer. Do I need a new headset, or is there some type of reducer cups that will allow me to swap my forks without buying a new headset?

Hope Headsets are the best bet as far as I can see, I am looking at upgrading my frame at the moment and Hope seems to have the best mix and match approach.

But for me it meant getting a complete new headset!
