i've ridden 4 dh courses (1 very badly)on a ht with 140mm forks. It is doable but very harsh on the body. Also i found that the faster you go the smoother it can be, although you can reach a point where you can almost be out of control and riding on the edge (as the bike is skipping around under you loads) It's brilliant for skills improvement tho and good fun.
That vid is super impressive. He seems so smooth, although that is proabably not true, it's just his pure skill carries him though.

He's definitely pretty handy. But he's probably ridden it stacks of times - clearly just to make the vid he's sectioning it unless he has about fifty mates with cameras.
Very enjoyable though and if I rode it a thousand times I wouldn't be that good.

How long did that take to do.
Also you may want to buy yourseld a Gorrila tripod
for your camera as this can wrap around tree branches

I dont think it looks sped up at all.some filming can make races (bmx) look a lot faster than other recordings.im not sure if its a case of 720 seeming faster than 1080 but watching some bmx races down south from diff cameras it definately shows.
