HP psc 1350 printer – how to align the ink?

I changed the colour cartridge a few weeks ago and haven’t really printed much since then

Today I tried printing a photo and it looks awful, all stripy

How do i get it to print off an alignment sheet again?

I’ve googled it and can’t find anything, and i have tried removing the cartridges and putting them back in
