I want to draw a couple of Easter egg shapes of different sizes for some artwork. I don't have anything egg shaped to draw around and I want a nice tidy even shape. I am thinking 4" to 8" on end to end.
Any ideas how to do it?
I have compasses/rulers etc.

try to draw a circle
I tend to end up with an egg 
Draw half an elipse for the top half using a piece of string and two pins and a semicircle for the bottom half with the compasses
draw a circle
add two lines to make a triancle up to the top
Round it out
or
Buy an egg and trace round it
Or dial 999
Google Images...
Print this out to the size you want
or ctrl/scroll mouse to size and trace off your screen
What sort of egg are you trying to draw?
I have templates for chicken eggs, duck eggs, ostrich eggs and quail eggs that I can send you FOC.
