    Prob a silly question but in your own opinion; what’s the best way of cleaning the rucksack (not the bladder) – mine stinks!!

    Steradent tablets and leave to soak, running it through hose as well.

    If you stick it in the washing machine then parcel it up inside an old pillowcase first – will help to keep the plastic buckles in one piece. Also worth filling up the rest of the drum with other stuff to help keep the load balanced – a couple of old towels should do the trick.

    I’ve got a big bit of one of the straps missing because it got worn away when washing. Must have got caught in the door lining.

    But the most important thing is to make sure you don’t leave any cash in the pockets. Money laundering is a serious offence.

    I just take mine in the shower with me, post ride. Smells all Radoxy. 😀
