How can I get my zocchi forks to 80mm

I have some old Zocchi Z5 air forks that are old but I love um they ride beautifully and need no love, anyway I have put them on an old frame and need to reduce the travel down to 80mm as I have a slackness problem, anyone know what to do.

Im not too familiar with the Z5's though, if they use a sealed air cartridge you may have problems.

Those instructions work, I have done it to my Z1's to drop them by 10mm.
