I sometimes find the polls irritating when they don’t give the answer I want as a choice. Should I

c)Have a go at writing one myself
d)Whine about it in the For Sale forum

I use a bulletin board system which has ‘polls’ on it. The solution which has formed over the years is to supply an option for when the reader is coming up with something random that the question setter hasn’t thought of and / or generally being bloody awkward. This is PCPA – Pedantic Constipation Prevents Answer.

Just put whatever you want, it’s not scientific…
