Anyone have any good recipes for energy/ceral bars I can try? Fancy making some of my own.

one option

or as i intend to try for myself, rice crispie bars made with coconut oil and a bit of honey

should be more than enough unless you're starting from several days starvation

I've used green & blacks chocolate flapjack receipe before, then you add nuts, seeds and dried fruits of your choice.

yes I make

Flapjack
Banana bread
Fruit loaf

Best alternate or you get bored. Loads of recipes online but add dates sultanas,walnuts.

Also, but no way an energy bar I do chocolate brownies.
