Struggling to find suitable IT/IS objectives for the forthcoming year. Most of our work is adhoc and loads of projects get started by our parent company, so we're not exactly short of work. Just our hands are tied as to being able to kick start something new. Any pointers?

Delivery to agreed objectives/dates - you may need to manage the people who feed you projects better if you're not already doing this
CPI/SPI type stuff basically - are you on target cost and time-wise.
How about customer feedback? It's an easy one to get and measure.
