Just got a new bike delivered and it has a black bar spreading the fork legs apart.

I cant figure out how to remove with out: –

    1. Either breaking the fork.
    2. Hacksawing the plastic.

Don’t really want to do either so any ideas on how to remove it

Just knock it out with your hand if its just a piece of plastic which slots into the drop outs – just knock it out downwards either with your wrist or a hammer?

I presume its like this an not a maxle etc?

as above, unless it’s some blot through thing then they’re just a press fit.
