I think he had a Giant NRS and broke the seatpost practicing but I never saw if he finally did the actual drop/kerb.

Bearing in mind this is 2 years old

I’ve heard hes been a bit confused of late, so hes had an operation and turned himself into an Orange 5.

Wondered what Gary Record was up to – he got his elite XC license and I’ve not seen him all year. Distinctive fellow. No idea if he’s Flow or not!

I’d be happy to be proved wrong tbh.

Flow’s said he’s in Ramsgate, and IIRC Gary Record used to ride for Activ in Folkestone, so it’s not outside the realms of possibility. Or he may at least know Gary, hence posting his video.

I suspect we’re not THAT fortunate 🙁

Flow is quite unwell, Gary came 7th in the southern XC series a couple of months ago.
