Yeah, except they’re not really that stupid either are they. After all, they’ve made some pretty good financial decisions which have resulted in the marketability of the Beckham Brand. Sure you can try to remove any idea of agency from them, but even in trying to do that you have to admit they chose their advisors well. After all the didn’t choose you or me and if they had, they probably would have listened to me, and if they had, they would be broke.
And of course this doesn’t yet address the kind of intelligence it took for Beckham to play football as well as he did.
