I bought a new (to me) car 2 weeks ago. They offered more than WeBuyAnyCar (who hadn’t seen the car and didn’t know about the dings on the bodywork so would probably have reduced their price) and the dealer was having a sale. No danger on the haggling for money front but got a (possibly worthless) extended warranty, next 2 MoTs, next 2 services and 6 months insurance against loss of keys. Pretty happy.
