Loving this descent at the moment, what sort of speeds do you reckon you get up to.

who knows? I didn't bother to check but from memory there are a couple of sections where getting well over 30 mph should be easy enough

I was going so fast a wasp flew up my sleeve and DELIBERATELY stung me. And me GPS fell off, too.
Excellent route.

A bit of a cliche but grin inducing is an understatement, i have never known a descent like this to flow so well, as fast as i have ever been on a bike i reckon.

Specialy when you got cross rutted and almost crashed right in front of me.

I clocked over 60km an hour on the Mastiles Lane descent earlier this year.
It was only when I got to the bottom I hadn't put my knee pads on

only cause i ended up in front of you cause you woz mincing on your skill compensator;)

I think your speed was greater than your skillz on that occasion.

So what mph do you reckon you got, me the speed of light.
seriously anyone trump TJ with a pedestrian 30mph, he is the Tortoise i heard, so who is the hare.

I don't know how fast I was going. Merely guessing that 30+ is easily possible in a couple of places

TJ i jest, shame i ain't got one of those bike computers.

Last time I was down there my cycle 'puter registered 52.4Kmh(32.75mph)I've since recalibrated the 'puter by 1.75% as my trip round Beinn A'ghlo was out by this factor. This would then give a figure of 51.48Kmh(32.177mph)

speed was certainly greater than my level of skill compensation ....
