If you want coloured (non-black) hubs, your choices are limited. I'd try 18bikes first.

I always found winstanleys to be cheapest for hope hoops. Not sure if that is still the case when discounts are taken into consideration.

moonglu just did some for me, to throw another name into the mix. They'll build on an arch rim for you which is a good option to have [don't think the arch is a standard hope hoop build].

18 bikes for me, they come complete with free stans tubeless kit if you buy from them as well (i'm almost certain they do).

has to be a hope tech shop for colored hubs...i got mine from cycleworld minus the 10% for being a singletrack subscriber

no more 10% of at 18 (STW still get this wrong in the mag); specific deals instead. Free tubeless kit installed on the hoops is a good deal if you ask me, and some of the best service around.
