Anyone using Gluco-Samino supplements to help with joint pain?

Have been learning about its use in Animal Health and thought it may help my aching knee's!!

Try it with the Chondrotin mix etc.

It will provide the building blocks you need if you are missing it from your diet but studies are still rather inclusive.

I get mine cheap from Tesco lol.

Have you seen your GP about your knee pain?

Rest yoru knees and don't overtrain-train/ride and eat/rest/recover.

I think it works, my knees seem to be more gritty and click more when I've stopped using it for a couple of weeks, the dogs on it too!

I think the required does is quite high (4000mg per day IIR) I tried it instead of cod liver oil for a while and found it wasn't doing the trick.
I would recommend cod liver oil personally.

    4000mg per day seems a little high…
I think 1500mg is a more usual daily dose, but I may be wrong.

Was recommended it years ago by a sports physio and have taken it ever since, sometimes with the chondrotin mix. Also take cod liver oil capsules. Used to have alot of knee problems, and have had very few since been taking this combination regularly.

You lot should try some snake oil – brilliant stuff, if a tad expensive.
