Anyone know how to do this or a link to anywhere with instructions.
Plenty of stuff on how do the rear but not the front.
I have removed the non disc side cover easily enough but not the disc side is it just lever the cap off with screwdrivers and drift the bearings out?

Use 2 scrwdrivers or needle-nose pliers to proze out. Then just hit either end of the axle with a mallet. Depending on how well they're seated will determine the scale of whack, and type of hammer (rubber mallett or club hammer).
Installation is similar in reverse. Sockets work as drifts.
