Photo sadly spoiled by the head of the person in front of me, but I think it captures the ethos of an amateur runner well. I was standing on the last cornet of the route, 400m from the end and I think this says it all.

Millar - No idea if he has any dietary fads, but what a climber....
CF - Google tells me that Jens eats;
"spring steel for breakfast, fire for lunch, and a mixture of titanium and carbon fiber for dinner"
so he's a vegan too.

Lars Boom winning the Worlds CX, you have to admire the Lad, he was sporting a mullet of locks fit for an 80's Rock Star, well he is Dutch, so thats acceptable then.

A young chappie I know called Julián Adrada, 40 yrs old and still races at elite level and winner of 24hr solo at first attempt, very passionate about his cycling.
