    The 16t Shimano MX30 freewheel on my Genesis io sounds as dry/knackered as a dry/knackered thing. Can they be opened up for a service?

    If not can anyone recommend a decent freewheel that’s not a White Industries?

    What about the ACS freewheel from Charlie The Bike Monger?
