Newbie Pressure & Sag Question:With all my kit on Im about 13st.I have about 220psi in the shock and you can see where the o-ring goes too with the pro pedal set to soft when I'm sat on bike.

Is this correct? 220 seems a little high from what I've read up on?

I ran mine at about 350psi on a VPP bike and I'm 100kg. Looks like a lot of sag to my mind.

Let all air out and measure from the centre of each eyelet – I2I
Compress the shock and remeasure the I2I
    This is your stroke length
You ideally want 20-30% sag (the amount of stroke that is compressed when you sit on the bike) – where the black ring ends up

OK,so if the shock has 2.5" showing when stood, how much give should there be with my butt on it? ( its no problem having 250 – 300 psi then is it? )

remove shock, Let all the air out and see if the shock tries to suck itself closed. I had a new RP2 with some unwanted neg air (bled thru piston seals from air chamber )which meant i needed loads of pressure to balance it.

long shot i know. I stripped shock, cleaned and lubed, and its been ok since!

    thats not good!!

by the looks of the picture i would say you need a fair bit more air!!. bearing in mind with a full riding kit and a hydration pack(if you use one) yuo will weigh even more.
