    Craig – Sounds like the valve core is loose. A quick tweak with a valve key will tighten it up.

    i think your forks are suffering from Munchhausen syndrome by proxy.
    you need proper medical advice and a pair of 'back-up forks'

    Hey great thanks for the link.

    So do you reckon it needs a quick tighten with this tool?

    Or could the valve just be wrecked?

    Normally they just need tightening.
