I’ve got a medium vt frame in not bad shape if you’re interested

The NRS should have the NRS shock hence the name really, sounds like some numpty decided to change it and therefore change the whole characteristic of the bike.

It was the RS Sid shock that it came with, but it was a fairly low-end model. Had virtually no re-bound damping. Fox released a shock specifically for the NRS, always wondered of that would improve matters. To be fair, the NRS is a more xc/race type bike, the Enduro suited my riding better. Oh, & my Enduro was the SWorks version with a brain shock so my comparison probably fatally flawed from the outset. 😉
