Going for an Xmas night out at Kilconquhar Castle. Thought it might be fun to ride the cross bikes from N/Queensferry to Kilconquhar along the Fife Costal Path.
Can anyone who has ridden it as a few questions?
Does anyone have GPX of the route?
How well sign posted is the route?
Will a cross bike be okay?

Signposting is pretty good IIRC.
Will a cross bike be okay?
Yes. Section along sand dunes at Lundin Links will be a bit of pain (unless you're very light).
Did it in a day again in May on the cross bike. Cracking ride. Easy to follow, just keep the big expanse of water to your right when heading north and you'll be fine!
Might be best to leave the path at Seal Bay rather than Elie. Nicer cycle into Conneuchar and up to the Kilconquar estate IMO.
