They are not external BB (octalink or square taper style) so any of the inner rings will fit.
The one you posted will be fine.
Even this should fit: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=17187
The inner bits from the bolt holes stick out (in) too much for external BB set ups like the latest hollowtech II ones but any of the newer ones will fit too and some of them have improved teeth profiles.
Any of the SLX and XT ones will be fine, the XT ones are normally made of aluminium and a bit fatter with machining to narrow them down for the teeth and bolt holes. The SLX will be steel and probably last longer http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=38188.

The SLX ones are also not just plain identical teeth but not quite as fancy as they are steel.

I've ordered the one I linked to to. The info you have given in general is really useful.
Especially as my bike has entered the retro market

But they added on delivery.

No probs. There really is no way to put in a cheap order for bike parts is there?
I normally grab cheap deore chainrings down at the bike jumble @mud dock for everyday bikes. Quite often get brand new ones as people buy a set of cranks to use for single speed.
If you are getting new 32T middle rings then the new composite ones are really nice - steel ring with composite (black coloured glass fibre on SLX and black coloured carbon fibre on XT). But to fit them to older cranks you need to file a little bit off to accommodate the composite bit. It helps the chain sit and shift better than you can with a pressed aluminium or steel ring and weighs about the same as an aluminium ring for the same life as a steel one.
