Shimano FC-M443 front crankset with 48-36-26 teeth. Does anyne know if it's possible to replace the 48 with a ring which has more teeth or is it more complicated than that please ?

There is not a Shimano ring bigger than a 48 that will fit it. That is the biggest they make in a 104mm BCD 4 arm.
