The click CEOP thing on facebook

Is it always there or do users have to activate it somehow ?
If a kid clicked on it, what then happens ?

(I'm a distant contact of a family that has some problems and hoping to be helpful without calling in the helicopter gunships - all info I have is 3rd hand at least and has passed through kids on some of the steps)

Seriously, not some gary glitter game

Anyone know ?

IIRC clicking on it will open a form where you can report your problem. You are reporting to the Police rather than the website operator.

yeah, cheers tw - do you know if it's already there on everyone's fb somewhere? (I have a fb account and I can't see a button but can't really claim to know how to navigate fb at all)

alternatively, is it easy to "add" to an account?
(even better, I'd like it if a person's profilecould say that they "like" ceop, or have ceop as a friend or have added a ceop buttion, or whatever else you do)
