I have got 3 external hard drives that I want to sync a back up to. One is a personal one for movies, music etc and two are works ones (one at home, one at work) which will back up the same data but just with two different locations.

It would appear windows backup can only do one schedule (Windows 7 Professional). Is there a decent bit of kit that can sync to all 3? Also can I permanently name each one individually to a certain drive letter (i.e whenever I plug it in it will recognise which drive it is and therefore assign the appropriate letter thus making the backups easier!)
