just put some on the commuter inbred (26er) great for tarmac comapred to the on one steel forks, not tried it off road yet. The stickers appear to be under the laquer (quick fingernail test). They do seem very well made

I had the 26″ version. They were fine, prefered them to the Pace forks to be honest. I think the graphics are under the laquer though.

defo under the laquer, I had a pair spayed to match my swift frame when I had it and the painter advised leaving them on rather than sanding back. Always showed through though.

I had some superstar ones. I just used a strip of black gaffer tape up the front to cover the logos and protect the forks.

Cheers guys, the decals aren,t to bad anyway and a fair bit cheaper than the on-one fork.

I’d recommend, but yep the stickers aren’t removable on mine either. Good kit though- not the lightest but mine have been beaten about and are still going strong.

It’s a nicer fork than the On-One to ride, & way nicer finished. Would be my choice if I wanted carbon again, but IMO steel forks (Swift/Niner) ride nicer.

I have some and love them!

I’ve not thought about removing the decal, but I did once think about painting them to match the bike colour! Is that worse than de badging? 😉

    everything is removable

Wet sand with wet and dry sandpaper, 400, 800, 1200, 2000 grit, go very gently. High gloss enamel over the top. Or I’ve done other carbon things which I’ve just buffed up with some t-cut and they look nice.

I have them on my Genesis 10-brilliant fork, soaks up more bumps than you would expect for a “budget Fork” but in all honesty why pay more for more or less the same fork from bling manufacturers.
Leave the stickers-be proud you have saved the cash!

tk46hal – is that an inbred or 456, and how did it ride with them forks?

    skywalker!

    Neither! 😕

    It’s a 29er Scandal with a slot drop out!

The forks are great and the bike rides fab!
