    I returned a jacket earlier in the week as its the wrong size.

    If I believe the chain of automatic emails I’ve had this evening then they have refunded me, and dispatched a replacement.

    Is this normal….

    Dunno. I returned a ill-fitting helmet to them a while ago and was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of the refund process.
