    Hi –
I’ve got an Orange 5 and am trying to fit a new shock, the only problem being I can’t get the link out from the frame. It has a thead running through it and its stuck in the eye of the old shock…
if anyone can help that would be great.
    cheers

Tried a hammer to knock it out? I always have to give the bolt a sharp tap to get it out through the bushing/spacers.

unwind the bolt until it lets go , screw it in a bit, then tw%t it with a hammer. simples.

dont be afraid of giving it a bit of umpf to get it out.

Just did this on a Patriot the other night. A sharp tap once you’ve unscrewed one of the screws a bit should be all it takes to free it up.
