Has anybody any idea how to do this?
I had some treatment in Morzine that I think will be eligible for a partial refund, I've been searching the web for some guidelines but I can't find anything on how to reclaim the costs.

There is a number ( 0191 218 1999) on the page for you to call and they'll send a form for details and receipts.
