Just got passed on a link to this edinburgh leisure MTB survey - seems like they are thinking about an Edinburgh based trail centre. Sounds good to me - I live 2 mins from Braid Hills - would be good to have a mini-glentress on my doorstep.

BikePawl - MemberI'm led to believe the Craigmillar park trails have had issues over land ownership (multiple land owners)
Edinburgh Leisure are looking at developments at Birdiehouse burn
They have a survey out at the moment.

yep. couldn't find much more info behind the scenes - nothing on the edinburgh leisure website. do you know anymore about it?
I recieved the survey from a contact of mine in Edinburgh Leisure, from what I remember this is at proposal stage at the moment, but with Craigmillar Park falling I reckon they are putting all there resources into this.
