Before I part with my hard earned

Do I need anything other than these 3 items?
or is there anything better for similar money – looking to use it for a helmet light

I've been running DX P7 torches for over a year now.
Personally, I'd go for the SKU12060. I had a 2-mode & it quickly failed. DX were fine & exchanged for the 12060 with no bother. Both my 12060's have been running ever since with no problems. Have couple of mates who've also bought the 12060 & had no issues at all. Up to you.
Also, the lower power mode of the 2-mode is very dull, certainly not half the full output. You'll soon get used to cycling through the different modes of the 5-mode.
Charger is fine, being 100-250v you can simply lop off the 2-pin & wire onto a 3-pin UK. Make sure you use an RCD as a precaution, & never leave them overnight / unattended when charging.
Batteries are exactly as I use. I get about 1hr 10mins on full wack.

I've had a couple of the 12060s for a year or so. Work perfectly. I know only use them to supplement the DX Bike light, which has also worked perfectly. The charger I have is the quick black one, I believe it's cheaper than that one as well.
