    Hey all,

    Ordered 3 P7 torches and lockblocks. It's been over a month since I got the shipped emails but I've only received the lockblocks (just a week after shipping I might add)…

    Just emailed Customer support. Anyone have any idea what kind of world of pain I'm about to embark on?

    i can give you a starter right now. they took 4 faulty torches back and replaced them quite happily. took a couple of weeks, and because they'd been used for a while i paid postage, but apart from that all good.

    I think the delivery must be a bit hit and miss. I ordered a P7 torch, batteries a charger and mounts on 1/11 and they arrived on 14/11. Quite quick really.

    Your stuff has probably got lost in the old Royal Mail strike. I ordered some kneepads from a UK store and they didn't arrive after 4 weeks…postal strikes…
