Just following on from another thread where a steep descent in the Chilterns has been dangerously blocked, by local residents presumably.
Should any trail blocking be reported to the Rights of Way people? What can they actually do?
Last week I came across large branches that had been put exactly horizontally across the trail for several hundred metres. I appreciate that a lot of this is done to stop the MX'ers but we should be concerned for our safety.
Has anyone reported such a problem and what was the outcome?
