Just caught the back end of the prog on the box about a bit of extra light in the evenings during the summer .

didn’t catch all the pros and cons but for me it cant happen soon enough

‘kin hate dark evenings. Sundown at 3pm… jog on.
If it wasn’t for the fact it was so damn cold, I would alternate between living at the north and south pole, just to get the 24hr sunlight.

I don’t watch tv, read newspapers, listen to the radio or anything, so wouldn’t know about this, but I may have to investigate it!

This has been going on for years. No one will ever agree to do it as it means abandoning GMT and joining the French… the British don’y do that very well

I remember when this was done before. it was horrible up here.

Its simply a non starter as it only works in the south east.
