As you've seen I have no bike control and am scared of going quick on descents.
So it'd be a bit pointless. 
And there's no more room in the garage for another niche bike.

You should jump on the back of the tandem. I'm told it looks even faster from back there.
I have toyed with the idea of a DH bike but think that it'd only make me want to get back into MX and Enduro's again.
And I'm far to old for that now...

From what I remember of a recent HONC coming off Cleeve Hill, the tandem makes a passing resemblance to a DH bike

is it easy to get there by train from bristol as i dont have a car i would trust to go that far but would love to try other locations
