So basically I have a body of 2 halves a sort of cut n shut type affair.
Bottom half is fine and I have the legs of an athelete
Top half is a bit Bernard Manning.
Now I know I need to eat less but all my exercise is cycling every week.
Road ride Sat - 25-50 miles
MTB Sunday 2-3 hours
Spinning for 45 mins twice a week
Turbo trainer once a week.
Odd night ride mid week sometimes.
What the best thing for getting rid of the moobs and gut?
I don't really have time for the Gym and I don't want to sacrafice any of the cycling. Could maybe squeeze a run in on an evening but not sure this would help.
Sit ups? Rowing? Push ups? are all options.
