I bought an integrated headset from CRC and after removing it from the packaging (a plastic bag wrapped tight round it) before i saw we had the wrong one a 45×45 instead of a 36×45… (hey I didn’t know there was different types!). Not fitted or used.
So according to the CRC website in order to return it, it should be “in the original packaging”, I’m hoping this means if it came in a pretty box, it must be returned in that box, surely not that it must not have been removed from this cling wrap/plastic bag?
Anyone have any experience of this?
I will email CRC but I know they can be ‘busy’ so a reply can take a while, so was hoping some one could advise quickly so i can pop it in the post rather than hang on for that reply….
