CRC anyone else having trouble using Paypal ?

Since the card fiasco have been reluctant to use credit card to buy anything .When i try and buy something using Paypal it keeps coming back that there's a problem ?Using Paypal on other sites to buy stuff so don't get it have against my better judgement had to resort to using the card now .Last time i phoned and placed order using Paypal but can't be a**ed to wait to speak to someone .Anyone else ?
