    Bought an M771 XT chainset (26-36-48) by mistake. Managed to fit it and ride it before realising…

    Any issues with buying standard 22-32-44 rings and swapping them out? Any recommendations for some rings with Shimano shift performance but without Shimano prices?

    It is still a 104mm BCD chainset so swapping the rings is certainly possible.

    Only difference is bigger chainrings and a fixed spacer on the drive side axle.
