converting a 26" rock shox to 29"

Right ho,

does anyone know if you can replace the lowers on a 120mm travel reba team maxle and restrict its travel to 100mm to ensure bushing overlap and therefore run it on a twentyniner!?
rock shox manuals seems to only list four different lowers(two for 29" and 2 for 26" and one type of upper or crown/steerer/stanchion? any knowledge greatly appreciated folks!

failing that i ahve a reba race i bought 2nd hand have ridden 20 times since so probly needs a service £75
