Gonna need to rebuild a wheel soon and am looking for a rim that is tough and cheap (don’t care about weight) and is straightforward (i.e. it is true) to build up.

Sorry, i’ve never actually built one myself.

I’ve built up the exal lx 17 from spa great rim and it was easy to build and straight erd iirc was same as open pro but if you give them a bell they will advise. Spokes are cheap from them too.
