I know that you can mount 6 bolt rotors on centrelock hubs but is there anyway that you can do this the other way around... the google machine doesn't have much out there from what I can see.

Might be easier just to swap the centerlock rotors for 6-bolt? Usually better to keep things simple!
I have a pair of brand new Avid 160mm 6-bolt rotors and I need a pair of similar centrelock rotors... Could swap if it helps.

I'm afraid not - the spacing correct isn't possible

I should clarify, an adaptor could be made, but the disc would not line up with the calliper, it would be too far outboard
