    Sometimes it is just labelled ‘assembly paste’ but make sure you use it, it has just cost me money to get my alloy seat post wrenched from a carbon frame which didn’t do the post much good but fortunately left the frame intact.

    Id recommend finish line stuff too, used it just building up my road bike

    Fog, I spent 45 minutes trying to get my seatpost out of my carbon frame. Ended up using a hammer and my massive guns to get the fecker out. Think I ruined the post but the frame seems to be ok. Amazed at just how stuck it was
